Intercultural Community Internships
We host Intercultural Community Internships (ICI) for individuals who hunger to know Jesus Christ more deeply and to live his life of humble love among the poor. We invite you to serve with us at Campus Adullam for six to twelve months, plugging in to our work in agriculture, serving orphans and widows or volunteering at a local secondary school called Instituto El Rey.

Agua Viva
Agua Viva is an organization that facilitates short-term service projects in Central America. These projects seek to make what Jesus called "living water" accessible to the people while bringing clean drinking water to remote Honduran villages. The bi-annual projects typically involve a team of volunteers from the U.S. partnering with a group in Honduras to construct clean water systems, sanitary latrines and/or dig fresh wells.
A primary purpose is to encourage volunteers to become "more passionate for Jesus and compassionate for his people." This is accomplished by working side-by-side in the trenches with the villagers. This program requires that volunteers get their hands dirty and are open to experiencing a different culture up close and personal.

GO Scholarship Fund
GO Scholarship exists to help equip young men and women, who demonstrate a love for the Lord and a desire to further their education, to maximize their God given potential for the advancement of the Kingdom of God through mentoring relationships during a university education experience.
Each of the students who receive this scholarship have been participating members of the Discipleship Group led by Larry and Allison, and when their living situation permits, they continue to be a part of the Group. Currently there are seven students on scholarship, which averages $3,000 per student per year. To participate you can pray for these students that they would continue to be obedient to God and to honor them with their lives while facing the challenges and temptations of living in the city and attending university.
You can also give financially toward the Scholarship Fund by sending donations payable to:

Instituto El Rey
Instituto El Rey, translated as Institute of the King, is a non-profit, Christian high school in the mountains of northern Honduras. We offer a quality 7th-12th grade education at a subsidized cost to about 180 youth of the Cangrejal River Valley, where most struggle to survive as subsistence farmers. Our school gives them the opportunity to complete a high school education, learn English and computer skills, and prepare for university and future employment.
At Instituto El Rey (IER), we desire to teach the whole student - intellectually, physically, spiritually and to help the student understand and respond to the Word of God. Our goal is to create an oasis of hope and love in a valley plagued by poverty, violence, abuse, superstition, and ignorance. We truly believe that God's plan is to use the young people of this area to become "world-changers"; to use the foolish to confound the wise!
IER is located 6 miles up the road from Larry and Allison. English teachers are always a needed commodity and no teaching experience is required--just a heart for God and for his children. To learn more about IER visit their website at www.ierschool.org.

Give Hope 2 Kids
Give Hope 2 Kids is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that exists to minister to disadvantaged children. The world is full of vulnerable children who are looking for hope. They are vulnerable from poverty, lack of education, and parental abandonment, or other challenges. The mission of Give Hope 2 Kids is to help as many of these children as possible.
To help some of these children, we are starting a children's home in Honduras called Casa de Esperanza. Our goal is to create an environment of love, security, and a stable family life, coupled with high quality education and the teaching of life skills, to produce confident, responsible, and industrious adults that will be a valuable part of their community.
Give Hope 2 Kids is located about an hour up the road from Larry and Allison; currently, GH2K is in its building phase. For more information, visit their website at www.givehope2kids.org.
